I don't like the look really, they look like toys to me

I think they're over complicating the signals for no reason!

They must be fixed cycle times to use countdowns on the Reds.

I went to Brazil in 1991. I wasn't as into signals then as I am now, but what I remember seeing looked pretty much like what we have here in the states.

With how terribly that intersection is set up I wouldn't care either.
