It's a CINCH JONES CONNECTOR 15 PIN S315-CCT. Update: mine just came in today and I'm missing parts. No camshaft or contacts which doesn't leave much of a controller. I'll be using a lot of guesswork to come up with a pinout.

Do you have any pictures of the back? I have some extra M-20 cam shafts, they may be the correct length? They may be 12 position.
