Great Find

I got a tip from a very high placed individual here who said this was on ebay. I was the only bidder and obviously got it. I have high lighted the lettering and logo so you can see what it says. I got it from a guy in Pasadena, Ca. and have seen one similar in So. Pasadena. Thanks very high placed individual. Image

Not all intersections had/have signals so they could be used in conjunction to a dangerous intersection or entering a street from a parking lot, side street or driveway. Seems like the Ol' Timers had devices or signs for everything and made of materials to last a lifetime. Unlike these days with plastic, reflective sheeting or painted aluminum that require replacement after only a few years. Too bad many of these were scrapped. I keep my eye for them.

That is a nice piece of street furniture that would not last on winter here in the North East!!!
Well what do you know. If I put my name here, I do not have to sign it everytime.
