Alrighty... I got $27 worth of Satellite time to burn before it goes poof tomorrow, so here it goes!
Arubia, British signals, British cycling... I only saw about 3 signalized intersections on the whole island (It is small). No pictures (I Think) All 8"ers Incan's
Columbia... Yea, should have gotten the vibe when the day planer's first FAQ was "Is Columbia safe to visit...." Hard to describe the signals... kinda look like they are from the middle east. US cycling. All 8"ers, modern CCTV Detection. PTZ CCTV cameras on almost every intersection. All Incand's and yes, 8" arrows!
Panama... EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW

Like recently... Like the old poles are all still there! Old poles look California Style, Mounting brackets for old signals (I saw one!) looked Euro style, even within the Canal zone. Nice new Toll highway between east and west coast, had a wash out right by their brand new bridge past december, so road is toll free for right now until all mudslide damage is corrected. Toll was $5.50 Panama $ = US $, in fact, they use US Bills, they mint their own coins in the same style, size and shape as us $. Toll road had "Fast Pass," Panama EZPAss, Yes, I have pics
All signals 12" polly black cutaways, with dailite incan style led's. I did catch some accent breadpans at an entrance to a lock (service road) once side of the bridge had an RYG out of service, other side had yellow flasher, WORKING
Costa Rica... Controllers the side of a phone book! LED Red's & Greens, All red's 12" Ped,s had some britian man styles, some just 8" r/g. Vehicle cycle was US, Ped was solid green with tweeter, then flashing green 3 sec, flashing red 3 sec, solid red, vehicle green. PED's were all push button, and only used for ped exclusive signals (Think mid block ped signals... in the middle of the jungle!)
Grand caymen.... THEY HAVE ALL BEEN REPLACED SINCE MY LAST VISIT 10 years ago!
They look like florida! 12" black signals, mix and match led's but all led. Horizontal mount. I kinda remember they all used to be british sig's, but no more. US cycling.
I'll post pics this weekend! Pardon the spelling!
