Wow,...I was born and raised in Albany and still live here, and I've never known ANY of the business district's intersections to EVER be coordinated. Oh, let me correct that,....they are timed to turn red right before you get to them!!!!! Incredible!!! But is an interesting article! Didn't know they had computerized traffic equipment back in 1971!! I was in kindergarten
