Hiya Old-Timer,

I had noticed the two reflectors were different from each other. I am not doubting that one is for the porthole lights but what about the other reflector? Is the reflector with the larger hole for the porthole lights?

Cheers!

This is a mega haul of CH Decos!!! Especially love the horizontals. Looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you, I wish you luck and can't wait to see all of the results.

Hi Drew, think this will go quicker than when we restored the CH 4-way and single face recently. We now know where to get most of the items we need locally and there are about the same amount of parts to go through.

Also, thanks Guys for identifying the two oddball reflectors.

Was able to tear down the other CH type "DT" Horizontal light #5 this afternoon. Came apart very easily.
Here it is on the "operating table."

This is what five old CH Decos look like in pieces.......

Still have a couple of door levers to free, couple of broken screws to drill out, etc. before we start stripping paint tomorrow.

Cheers!

I think they're called . . . ummm . . .

pretty friggin' AWESOME . . . ???

:tease: :good:

SERIOUSLY, Keith -- what an amazing 'haul' of decos, not to mention the buttoncopy signs, and all the rest of the treasures you've been discovering lately!! WAY TO GO!!! :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

Spoiler:
the only possible 'negative' I can see: we're currently negotiating with a church in Houston for a possible future pipe organ job. by the time (if/when) anything ever happens with that, which would get me within range of this magical 'scrap metal dealer' -- you'll have already rescued all the 'good stuff'!! :rob:
