Is this artwork just fantasy? Did the Swiss et. al. use Triangle Amber lenses and Square Green ones?

My guess that it's just fantasy... But Switzerland is known for using something that looks like lantern type railroad lesnes.
Ampelplanet still might have some NOS Switzerland lenses laying in his stash...
