Just came across to this pictured and noticed the signal in it. Look like an upside down doghouse signal. Anyone know what's up with that? It's from Sacramento, CA.

No idea.

But I think it looks better that the New Flashing Yellow Arrow Doghouse that has popped up!!!

I believe I found the intersection.

If you zoom in, it looks like the left side is RA & YA, the right side is R & Y, and the bottom is GA. I can only wonder how this would cycle...

I'm going to bet that maybe part of the signal is for light rail transit.

Or the other possibility is the signal prohibits traffic from turning across the LRT tracks when a trolley comes

If you move backwards a step on the street view, you can see the bottom light is in fact a regular green ball. But the two left lights are definitely yellow & red arrows...
