French Ped in Operation

Postby LarryC39 on Wed Dec 26, 2012 10:56 pm

French ped I bought from here back in the MSN days finally back operational with one of Sean's wig-wag controllers. I only used one larger bulb per section, the signal is designed to take two smaller bulbs per lens.

Fantastic signal! I love some of the French designs (hate some other, though, it has to be said!).

I wonder if the double lamp sockets is to provide redundancy in the event of a lamp blowing?

Is that your European signals section in the pictures, Larry? It's a great collection you have!

When I was in Paris, I kinda remember the older ped's being dial lit, cause you could tell when one bulb was out!
