Postby signal man619 on Sat Jul 06, 2013 2:26 pm

The top says ''National Traffic Control Fostoria Ohio'' The lenses are Railroad and they should be 4 1/2 in. Has anybody seen one of these or heard of one of these? Any Information would be great.
