That shop is freakin' sweet! That test rack/tower is to die for! :drool: I'll bet that they do troubleshooting classes for their techs with that thing! :Poof:

Next time, I'll try & get some more older signals and a single aspect light, which I'll convert into a working desk ornament! My shed needs a tidy up and some of its contents must be given away or put in the lock-up!

Were the vehicle signals put up without visors just for testing? Or is it normal for vehicle signals to be mounted on the road without visors as well? I am curious as I once purchased an 8" BP signal still in the box, but it had no visors.

And excellent find on the Eagle pedestrian.

I think Larry's wondering if visors are used on-street.

From what I've seen, been told, and heard - yes, visors are used on street. Your Panich signal likely came without visors as they're often an extra part that has to be ordered separately due to the different types of visor available, or at least that's how it seems to be in this part of the world!

I returned here one day to rescue a Siemens pedestrian signal, but only to find that the container bin was empty!
But using sidecutters, I removed two bulb holders from that 300mm Aldridge lantern removed from the Kesters Rd pedestrian crossing.
