File attachment limits decreased
Posted: Mon Jan 19, 2009 5:36 pmWe have some updates planned in the future that will address the space issues but there is no date set for them as of yet. It could be three months or it could be a year. But we need to reign in the attachments of photos in messages right now so I've halved the max file size from 2MB to 1MB per attached file and I've scaled back the number of attachments from 3 to 2 per message (and from 2 to 1 per PM).
It is strongly recommended that you open up a Photobucket or Flickr account (they're free for basic accounts). If you have any questions on how to do open up an account or how to link to images in your account just ask and someone will gladly walk you through it.
