I will be using the visors for another Marb project that is getting a "facelift" eventually.

You need to get a 3". 4" is way too big to get inside a signal and do anything delicate.

UPDATE:

Everything is back from blasting and coating. Door pins are on order from McMaster-Carr. I started assembly today of the body castings. I also installed all the reflectors and connected the wiring.
