Eagle ET-300 cabinet

EM, NEMA, whatever - if it controls a traffic signal, you can talk about it here.

Well yes, but that was 30 years ago and I've slept some 11,000 times since then. So my memory won't be much help.

I believe I sent you an ET-248 schematic, but I suspect that Eagle never got around to writing the ET-248 manual since we had lots of those units, but never a manual. Except for adjusting cycle lengths, intervals and offsets, I don't think these things were typically field programmed. Eagle probably had one or two engineers who programmed every ET-248.

Unless you have the original prints on your cabinet, including the original ET-248 cam chart, I'm afraid you are in for an epic reverse-engineering job.

I got the 3 phase ET-300 cabiner print and a ET-310 print from you and a Et 300 book and oil maintance paper. The ET-248 I got from a guy in Ohio with a print for it. It show is was for a 6 phase set up and guess what the cabinet is a 6 phase. So today we hooked up the Et-248 filled the one dial with all the pins I had in a Ef-20 controller and it works fine in this set up. Found out the Et-300 will not max time out unless the Et-248 is plug in as all the max times goes throught it. I have no offset pins at this time so I can not get that part to work. Also going to mod some EF-20 dial units to replace the other two that never came with the ET-248 controller. Then to find more pins. Going to shack store and get 6 test clips so I can max out all the ET-300 to make sure the ET-248 does what it is set up to force the controller off max when it gets in that phase.

then on to building a light board.

thanks all
