That looks to me like a GE finial
At risk of Jerry coming over with bat in hand and to some please turn away at this most unholy of sights. I admit this isn't a 5" CH finial on a CH Ped signal but a GE finial on a CH Ped signal. The finial in the pic looks like the finial I have on my CH, the orange juicer GE finial. http://i1064.photobucket.com/albums/u36 ... 200cd0.jpg

I hope I don't get my membership revoked for showing this

Although EARLY (1930's) GE's had a finial like a six-sized large finial, the Eagle version, like yours, were more sculpted with concave sides.

I loved the phone booth in that pic! late 50's "Airlight booth" Western Electric KS-16411 (or 14611) Either made by the defunct O.M. Edwards Co of Syracuse NY or ALCOA in New Kingston PA. Sorry for going off topic.

The metal Eagle 'squeezer' finial was reproduced in aluminum by the boyz in Wisconsin. Vaughn....definitely an Eagle finial....!
