Traffic signal down due to flooding in Philadelphia, PA.
A cop pulled me over and said, "Papers..." So I replied, "Scissors! I win!" and drove off.

I was wondering if that batch of rain was gonna come up here this morning, it barely did. NYC got less than a quarter inch of rain and my location only got one or two hundredths of an inch.
I think therefore I am...

Our area was hit with heavy rain yesterday in south jersey.
Water intrigues me  I always think if I were a peice of water where could I penetrate one's home, then I do my best to waterproof the home forever.
