Hey all,

I was wondering if any of the Philly/NJ/Delaware area crew would like to get together for another signal gathering before I head off to school in the fall. Possible lunch and then a drive around to look at old signals? I know there are several things that we could check out, including this, and these.

Let me know if anyone is interested!

My window of available time for the next Philly gathering right now is between August 1st and 20th. After August 20th, I need to start getting myself ready for the big move up to Maine. We don't have to do it on a weekend, but I'd like to try to find a date soon so I can request off work.

The 1st and/or 2nd would be ideal for me since I have "free range" with my schedule those two days, but anytime in that window won't hurt. Where do we want to go this time? Up the mountains? Down the shore? Go look at the signals in the first post and go get lost looking in Delco/Lanco somewhere?

I'd like to try to keep the meet local to the greater Philadelphia area, because I don't really want to travel all the way up to the Pocono's for the day. I know we could make a trip down to Salem, NJ to see the old SSC/AGA/Marbelite 4-way that Vaughn posted.

Sidebar: if for whatever reason that this meet doesn't happen this summer, we could possibly have one in late-December/early-January when I'm home for winter break.

The last gathering was fun. I wouldn't mind to join in on the fun again and see different signals in service.

Unfortunately I have been away from the site for several months due to work issues and am only seeing this now. If there is anyone interested in an upoming gathering, count me in. I am in Northern Delaware and would be into a gathering anywhere in the surrounding northern Delaware, sothern Jersey, Philly area.

I won't be back down to Philly until late December. How about we try to organize a meet sometime between December 21st and mid January? That's how long my winter break is.
